The No.5 Vitamin Boosting Essential Toner by numbuzin revitalizes tired and dull skin. It is formulated with four key ingredients including Arbutin, Bisabolol, Vitamin C and 50,000ppm Niacinamide, which reduce melanin and brighten the skin. It also contains 20,000ppm Madewhite™ with Centella Asiatica extract, which brightens and soothes the skin at the same time. Glutathione liposomes penetrate deep into the skin cells and provide a radiant complexion.
