When does my order arrive?
Thank you very much for ordering from SARANGHAE! We would like to inform you that we will usually process your order immediately. For products with specific information about delivery times on the product page, please refer to this information. Shipping is carried out by Swiss Post and usually takes 2-3 working days for standard shipping and 1-2 working days for priority deliveries. Please note that these are estimated delivery times and do not constitute a guarantee. No deliveries are made on public holidays and Sundays, and unforeseeable delays outside of our control may occasionally occur.
As soon as your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation from us by email. In addition, Swiss Post will send you a shipping confirmation with tracking if the order is sent as a parcel. You can find more detailed information about when an order is sent as a parcel and when as a small shipment under "Do we offer free shipping?". You can track the status of your delivery online at any time using the tracking number. If you cannot find an email in your inbox, please also check your spam folder.
Do we offer free shipping?
Good news! We offer one of the lowest thresholds for free shipping. You benefit from free shipping for orders over 60 CHF. For orders weighing less than 500 g, we send the order as a small shipment by A-Post. Otherwise, it will be sent as a standard package. If your mailbox is publicly accessible or you have already had negative experiences with theft, we strongly recommend choosing the "registered mail" shipping option for both small shipments and standard packages. This is particularly useful for small shipments, as in this case the post office will not send you a delivery confirmation by email.
Important: If your order is returned to our warehouse in Lucerne for reasons beyond our control (e.g. due to the message "Recipient cannot be found at the specified address"), we are unfortunately unable to cover the costs of re-shipping. To avoid such situations, we urge you to carefully check your address and contact details before completing your order. If you have recently moved, please make sure that your address change is on file with the post office and inform your local post office accordingly6
Where do we ship from?
We ship all of our products directly from our warehouse, which is located in Lucerne, in the heart of Switzerland. Shipping is limited to destinations within Switzerland and Liechtenstein.
Which payment methods are accepted?

Is the packaging designed to be environmentally friendly?
Yes, we attach great importance to making our packaging environmentally friendly and as minimalistic as possible. Our commitment to sustainability is reflected in the following aspects:
- Our shipping boxes are made entirely of cardboard and are 100% recyclable.
- Minimal labeling and printing.
- Instead of Styrofoam, we use biodegradable filling materials made from corn. These are not only environmentally friendly, but also dissolve easily in water.
Through these measures, we help reduce our company's ecological footprint and support our customers in acting in an environmentally conscious manner

Are the products on SARANGHAE 100% authentic?
Yes, at SARANGHAE we are committed to providing only 100% authentic products. We source our goods directly from the manufacturer brands or through legitimate and trustworthy retailers in Korea. This ensures that our customers always receive authentic and high-quality products directly from Korea when they shop at SARANGHAE. Your satisfaction and trust in the authenticity of our products are of utmost importance to us. If you have any uncertainties because the packaging of the product differs from the pictures, you can always contact us. This is often because the product image shows an older version and you have already received the latest packaging.
Are all products on SARANGHAE cruelty-free?
Yes, at SARANGHAE you can trust that all of our products are cruelty-free. In South Korea, where our products are manufactured, a law came into force in 2016 requiring all cosmetic brands to stop testing on animals by 2018. It is important to us to adhere to these ethical standards. However, it should be noted that not all of our products are vegan, as some may contain animal ingredients. I can't find my favorite KBeauty product/brand on SARANGHAE - what can I do?
We are always open to product recommendations and inquiries, so feel free to send us an email to hello@saranghae.ch !
However, these brands may currently work very selectively or not at all with European stores.
If this is the case, we will of course add these brands and their products to our range as soon as the brands change their policies and want to work with European retailers.

The product I want is out of stock. What should I do?
We completely understand your disappointment and we will do everything we can to avoid such situations in the future. Please enter your email address under “Notify me when available again” on the product page. We will then automatically inform you by email as soon as the product is available again!
Can I change/cancel my order after it has been placed?
If you would like to change or cancel your order after you have placed it, please contact us as soon as possible at hello@saranghae.ch . We do everything we can to take your wishes into account and adapt the order accordingly. However, if the order has already been shipped, unfortunately we can no longer change or cancel it.
I'm ordering a gift and don't want prices to be displayed. How should I proceed?
No problem! We only send invoices by email and no prices are listed in our packages.
Is SARANGHAE open all year round?
Yes, our website saranghae.ch is operational all year round. However, please note that there are people working behind the online scenes.

How can I track my package?
You can find your parcel tracking number in the shipping confirmation from Swiss Post, which you receive by email. If you cannot find this email, please also check your spam folder - both the order and shipping confirmation should be there. Using the tracking number you receive, you can check the status of your parcel online at any time.

The tracking shows that my package was delivered, but it is not there. What happened?
We are sorry that you are in this situation. The first thing we recommend is that you ask your neighbors if they may have accidentally received your package. If they do not have the package either, there is a possibility that it was stolen.
If you suspect that your package has been stolen, you can report it to your local police station and then contact your home contents insurance company with the receipt you received.
Unfortunately, SARANGHAE cannot accept responsibility for lost or stolen packages. To avoid such incidents, we recommend choosing shipping against signature so that your order arrives safely
Discount codes
How do I apply my discount code?
Simply enter your discount code in the "Gift Card" or "Discount Code" field during the order process and click "Apply". The discount will then be deducted directly from the total amount in your shopping cart. Please note that only one discount code can be used per order and cannot be combined with other promotions or offers. However, discount codes can be combined with e-gift cards and shop credit.
I would like to buy a gift voucher for a friend. How is this delivered?
E-Gift Cards are sent electronically to you or your friend via email and are not physical items. We recommend that you enter your own email address so that you can either forward the gift card to your friend with a personal message or print it out once you receive it.
Please send us an email to hello@saranghae.ch if the e-vouchers are not yet available for purchase online.
I received an e-gift card. How do I use these?
Simply enter the voucher code in the “Voucher” or “Discount Code” field during checkout and click “Apply”. The amount of the gift voucher will then be automatically deducted from the total amount of your shopping cart. Do you have multiple gift cards? Fantastic - you can enter multiple codes one after the other. Bonus: You can also combine gift cards with a discount code.
I'm ordering a gift and don't want prices to be displayed. What can I do?
No worries! Invoices are sent via email only and prices are not displayed in the packages we send.
Returns
Can I return a product? Can I cancel or exchange a product?
Product returns, cancellations and exchanges are possible with us. We accept returns for unused and unopened items within 14 days. We will only refund the value of the goods - original shipping costs and return costs will not be refunded. The refund will be made once the item has been received and checked to ensure that it is in perfect condition.
If you notice an error immediately after placing an order or would like to cancel an item, contact us immediately by email ( hello@saranghae.ch ) to make possible adjustments as long as the order has not yet been shipped. Products that have already been shipped but unopened can be exchanged, although the costs for return and re-shipment must be borne by you
I received a damaged or incorrect item, what should I do?
Oh no, we are really sorry to hear that! If you have received an item from us that was damaged in transit, has a fault or does not match the product description on our website, we are happy to offer to resend the product free of charge or to refund the amount you paid for that product. Please send us an email to returns@saranghae.ch with a photo of the damaged or incorrect item. We will then take care of it immediately and be at your side!
Please note: If you are unsure because the packaging of the product differs from the images, you can rest assured. This is often because the product image shows an older version and you have already received the latest packaging. If you are still unsure, please feel free to contact us. :)
