THE PRODUCT I WANT IS OUT OF STOCK, WHAT SHOULD I DO?
We completely understand your disappointment and will do everything we can to avoid such situations in the future. Please enter your email address under "Notify me when available again" on the product page. We will then automatically inform you by email as soon as the product is available again!
CAN I CHANGE/CANCEL MY ORDER AFTER IT HAS BEEN PLACED?
If you wish to change or cancel your order after you have placed it, please contact us as soon as possible at returns@saranghae.ch . We will do our best to accommodate your wishes and adjust the order accordingly. However, if the order has already been dispatched, we are unfortunately unable to change or cancel it.
I ORDER A GIFT AND DON'T WANT PRICES TO BE DISPLAYED. WHAT SHOULD I DO?
No problem! We only send invoices via email and our packages do not include any prices.
IS SARANGHAE OPEN ALL YEAR ROUND?
Yes, our website saranghae.ch is operational all year round. However, please note that there are people working behind the online scenes.
Our customer service is available Monday to Friday. We usually respond within 24 hours.
WHERE DO WE SHIP FROM?
All products are stored in our warehouse in Lucerne, Switzerland and we ship directly from there.
We only ship within Switzerland and Liechtenstein.
WHEN WILL MY ORDER ARRIVE?
Thank you very much for your order from SARANGHAE! We would like to point out that when ordering, please refer to the estimated delivery date on the product page. After submitting your order, you will find this delivery date both in the order confirmation email and in the order overview in your customer account.
If the shipping method <Split delivery> is selected, the shipment will be made according to the estimated delivery date indicated on the product page. If paid partial delivery is not selected, we will ship your order as soon as all items are in stock to keep prices low and save on shipping costs.
Shipping is carried out by Swiss Post. Standard shipping usually takes 2 working days. For packages, tracking is provided directly by Post.ch on the next working day after receipt of this email. Small shipments are sent with A-Post and should arrive tomorrow, excluding Sunday.
Please note that these are estimated delivery times and are not guaranteed. No deliveries are made on public holidays and Sundays and there may occasionally be unforeseeable delays that are beyond our control.

HOW CAN I TRACK MY PACKAGE?
You can find your parcel tracking number in the shipping confirmation from Swiss Post, which you receive by email. If you cannot find this email, please also check your spam folder - both the order and shipping confirmation should be there. Using the tracking number you receive, you can check the status of your parcel online at any time.
Please note: Small shipments are sent without a tracking number. For more information, see the question "Do we offer free shipping?".
DO WE OFFER FREE SHIPPING?
Good news! We offer one of the lowest thresholds for free shipping. You benefit from free shipping for orders over 60 CHF. For orders weighing less than 500 g, we send the order as a small shipment by A-Post. Otherwise, it will be sent as a standard package. If your mailbox is publicly accessible or you have already had negative experiences with theft, we strongly recommend choosing the "registered mail" shipping option for both small shipments and standard packages. This is particularly useful for small shipments, as in this case the post office will not send you a delivery confirmation by email.
Important: If your order is returned to our warehouse in Lucerne for reasons beyond our control (e.g. due to the message "Recipient cannot be found at the specified address"), we are unfortunately unable to cover the costs of re-shipping. To avoid such situations, we urge you to carefully check your address and contact details before completing your order. If you have recently moved, please make sure that your address change is on file with the post office and inform your local post office accordingly.
TRACKING SHOWS MY PACKAGE WAS DELIVERED BUT IT'S NOT HERE. WHAT HAPPENED?
We are sorry that you are in this situation. The first thing we recommend is that you ask your neighbors if they may have accidentally received your package. If they do not have the package either, there is a possibility that it was stolen.
If you suspect that your package has been stolen, you can report it to your local police station and then contact your home contents insurance company with the receipt you received.
Unfortunately, SARANGHAE cannot accept responsibility for lost or stolen packages unless the loss occurred during transit. To avoid such incidents, we recommend choosing shipping against signature so that your package arrives safely.
