Return and Refund Policy

We understand that sometimes things don't go according to plan. Therefore, we accept the return of unopened and unused products within 14 days of receipt. Please note that in this case we can refund the item value, but not the original shipping costs or return shipping costs.

Contact us at returns@saranghae.ch to initiate the returns process. Unannounced returns will not be accepted! The refund will be made after a thorough inspection of the returned item and its condition.

The following are excluded from the right of return:

  • Sealed products . If the seal is opened, these products cannot be returned.
    Products manufactured by the seller according to the consumer's specifications.
  • Products that are clearly personal in nature .
  • Products that cannot be returned for hygiene reasons .

Cancellation and exchange
If you realize immediately after placing an order that you have made a mistake, please contact us immediately by email at support@saranghae.ch. If your order has not yet been shipped, we will be happy to help you adjust it. For the exchange of items that have already been dispatched but have not been opened, please note that you will be responsible for the costs of returning and re-shipping. For direct exchanges near our warehouse in Lucerne, please contact us in advance via email.

Damaged or incorrect items
If you received a damaged or incorrect item, we sincerely apologize. We aim to send you a free replacement or refund the purchase price of the product in question. Please send us an email to support@saranghae.ch with a photo of the item so that we can help you.
