By agreeing to these Terms and Conditions, you represent that you are at least the legal age in your state or province, or that you are of legal age in your state or province and you have given us your consent to allow any of your minor dependents to do so may use the website.

You may not use our products for any illegal or unauthorized purpose nor may you, in the use of the Service, violate any laws in your jurisdiction (including but not limited to copyright laws).

You must not transmit viruses or any code of a destructive nature.

Violation of any of the Terms will result in an immediate termination of your Services.

SARANGHAE always strives to keep its customers up to date as much as possible about the products and services offered. Some of the information on www.saranghae.ch comes directly from the manufacturers or from experts, ambassadors and authors and is compiled by saranghae.ch in a structured and customer-friendly manner.

All information on www.saranghae.ch is non-binding and any liability is declined. Saranghae.ch excludes any kind of obligation and liability for how correct, complete and up-to-date the information is, particularly within the framework of legal regulations. The material on this website is not and should not be relied upon as advice, including legal or medical advice. To the extent permitted by law, saranghae.ch makes no warranties, express or implied, and makes no representations in relation to this website. Any information on this website should not be relied upon without verifying that information from appropriate sources and obtaining professional advice where appropriate. The ingredients list represents all options or variants of this product. Although saranghae.ch reviews and updates product ingredient lists, actual ingredients in a particular product variant may differ from the list on the website. We reserve the right to change prices and the range at any time without prior notice. Images of all products and illustrations are not binding in color and may differ from the original. The current prices are published on the Internet at www.saranghae.ch .

Prices are mutually binding at the time of ordering. If errors or mistakes are made in the prices stated, saranghae.ch reserves the right to make subsequent price changes. In this case, the customer will be informed and will not be obliged to take delivery of the products affected by the price change.

All prices are stated in Swiss francs (CHF) and include VAT unless otherwise stated.

In addition to the stated prices, there are shipping costs, which are expressly stated on the item website depending on the shipping method.

From an order value of CHF 80, after deduction of discounts and special offers, saranghae.ch covers the shipping costs (except A-Post Priority and/or against signature).

SECTION 3 - ORDERING AND DELIVERY

An order becomes binding for the customer when he clicks on the “Complete Order” button to confirm his order on the checkout website. A complete overview of the order is also displayed there at the end of the ordering process.

After placing the order, the customer will immediately receive a corresponding confirmation of receipt by email from SARANGHAE, which will be sent to the email address provided by the customer. Until the time an order is dispatched, saranghae.ch reserves the right to reject the order or reduce the order quantity in a separate email to the customer, which means there is no contract between the customer and saranghae.ch comes into being or a contract for the reduced order quantity is regulated. Unless the customer immediately informs saranghae.ch that he is not interested in a reduced order quantity.

In particular, saranghae.ch reserves the right to refuse an order if there is a dispute with the customer, in particular in connection with non-payment for previous orders placed with SARANGHAE, or whether other invoices are due for payment from the same person or another person in the same household lives, is open.

It is the customer's responsibility to provide the complete and correct delivery address. If the customer makes a mistake in the delivery address and delivery is not possible under the circumstances, saranghae.ch can completely forego delivery of the product without any claim for replacement or damages being asserted.

saranghae.ch delivers goods and gift vouchers to Switzerland and the Principality of Liechtenstein. Saranghae.ch also delivers goods and gift vouchers to Germany.

The saranghae.ch warehouse is located in Lucerne, Switzerland. The shipping policy stipulates that saranghae.ch ships the products within 48 hours on working days or after receipt of payment confirmation.

Saranghae.ch can only be held liable for delivery delays and the resulting consequences if these were caused by grossly negligent or intentional breach of contract by saranghae.ch. saranghae.ch assumes no liability for all other delivery delays and the resulting consequences, including delays caused by the postal service, saranghae.ch suppliers or third parties.

SECTION 4 – VOUCHERS, BONUS PROGRAM AND GIFT CARDS

A maximum of one voucher can be redeemed per order. At the end of the ordering process, the voucher code is entered into the field provided. The corresponding amount will then be deducted directly from the current order. Vouchers that exceed the order amount cannot be refunded. Discounts obtained by redeeming bonus points (Rewards) cannot be combined with gift vouchers.

Saranghae.ch offers digital gift cards that are not physical products. E-Gift Cards are delivered via email and include redemption instructions at checkout. Saranghae.ch e-gift cards have no additional processing fees and do not expire.

SECTION 5 – WARRANTY AND LIABILITY

Saranghae.ch guarantees that the products are free of damage at the time of shipment. Products damaged during transport will be repaired or replaced at saranghae.ch's discretion, provided that the customer informs saranghae.ch by email within 7 days of receipt of the goods. If desired by saranghae.ch, the customer is obliged to return the delivered products immediately in the original packaging to saranghae.ch; saranghae.ch will bear the shipping costs for this.

Saranghae.ch is liable to the customer for damages to the extent that such liability for saranghae.ch is determined in accordance with the Swiss Product Liability Act.

Any other form of guarantee for the delivered products and any liability for damage caused by these products is excluded, unless saranghae.ch has fraudulently concealed the respective product defects. However, if saranghae.ch can assert further warranty claims for the affected product against its suppliers, saranghae.ch will, if possible, transfer these claims at the customer's request. Saranghae.ch assumes no responsibility for ensuring that these claims can be successfully asserted. The same applies to any kind of claims that saranghae.ch may assert against the postal service due to damage caused during transport.

In particular, saranghae.ch does not guarantee that the products are suitable for the customer's intended application or that they will deliver a specific result. Furthermore, the guarantee also excludes damage that is the responsibility of the buyer, e.g. B. the result of improper use of the product or damage caused by external influences that are not the responsibility of the seller, such as damage caused during transportation.

SECTION 6 – CANCELLATIONS AND RETURNS OF ORDERS

Customers have the right to return the goods within 14 days of delivery. The right of return is exercised by returning the goods; A reason for the return is not required. However, the goods to be returned must be announced by email to returns@saranghae.ch . You will then receive the label as well as instructions on where to send the package back.

Returned products and packages will only be accepted in an appropriate condition, i.e. unused, unopened, undamaged and in their original packaging.

The exercise of the right of return leads to the conversion of the purchase contract into a reversal relationship, in which the services provided under the purchase contract must be reimbursed. The customer bears the costs for the return.

After receipt of the goods, any purchase price already paid for the goods will be immediately refunded to the customer.

SECTION 7 – PAYMENTS

Orders placed through the website www.saranghae.ch must be paid in advance using the payment methods indicated on the website www.saranghae.ch . The following payment methods are available to you: PayPal, credit card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), Apple Pay, PostCard, PostFinance Direct, Twint, Sofort (supported by Klarna).

Until the ordered products have been paid for in full or until payment confirmation has been received from the credit card provider, the delivered products remain the property of saranghae.ch

SECTION 8 – PRIVACY

Under “My Account” the customer has the opportunity to change their personal data at any time.

Saranghae.ch uses and processes personal data to maintain customer relationships and for its own marketing purposes. The customer has the option to stop this automatic evaluation at any time. If no form of automatic personal evaluation is desired, the customer can object in writing at any time.

The customer will only receive a newsletter from saranghae.ch upon express request. You can unsubscribe at any time.

The contract is subject exclusively to Swiss law. The place of jurisdiction for all disputes with saranghae.ch is - subject to a different place of jurisdiction under federal law - Lucerne, Switzerland.

SECTION 14 - CHANGES TO TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Saranghae.ch expressly reserves the right to adapt these General Terms and Conditions to the circumstances at any time and to apply them to subsequent orders with immediate effect.
