When does my order arrive?

Thank you very much for your order from SARANGHAE! We would like to inform you that we will process your order immediately. Once dispatched, we expect delivery by Swiss Post to take place under normal circumstances within 2-3 working days for standard shipping and 1-2 working days for priority shipping. Please note that these are only estimated delivery times and do not constitute a guarantee. Deliveries do not take place on public holidays and weekends and occasionally unforeseeable delays may occur which are beyond our control. You will receive a shipping confirmation by email, which also includes your tracking number. This allows you to track the status of your shipment online. If you can't find an email in your inbox, we recommend checking your spam folder too.

Please note: We aim to process orders quickly, usually within 24 hours on business days. However, during special occasions and peak seasons such as Halloween, Black Friday or Christmas, processing time may take up to 48 hours on business days. We thank you for your understanding and patience.

Do we offer free shipping?

Yes, we are pleased to announce that we offer free standard shipping for all orders over 30 CHF. We also cordially invite you to take part in our rewards program. There you can redeem the points you have collected for free standard shipping, among other things.

Important : If your order is returned to our warehouse in Lucerne for reasons beyond our control (for example due to the message “Recipient cannot be found at the specified address”), we unfortunately cannot cover the costs of re-shipping. To avoid such situations, we urge you to carefully check your address and contact details before completing the ordering process. If you have recently moved and your address has changed, we recommend that you notify your local post office immediately and ensure that your change of address is on file with the post office.

Where do we ship from?

We ship all of our products directly from our warehouse, which is located in Lucerne, in the heart of Switzerland. Shipping is limited to destinations within Switzerland and Liechtenstein.

Which payment methods are accepted?

We currently accept the following payment options:

  • Credit card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express)

From January 4th, 2024 additionally:

  • PayPal
  • Postfinance – Postfinance Card and Postfinance E-Finance
  • TWINT
  • Purchase on account (billed by MF Group AG/PowerPay)
Is the packaging designed to be environmentally friendly?

Yes, we attach great importance to making our packaging environmentally friendly. Our commitment to sustainability is reflected in the following aspects:

  • Our shipping boxes are made entirely from cardboard and are 100% recyclable.
  • Instead of Styrofoam, we use biodegradable filling materials made from corn. These are not only environmentally friendly, but also dissolve easily in water.
  • We recycle bubble wrap that we receive from shipments of branded products to protect fragile glass products. If you receive a product in bubble wrap, you can be sure that it has been reused and can be used by you again.

Through these measures, we help reduce the ecological footprint of our company and support our customers in acting in an environmentally conscious manner.

Products

Are the products on SARANGHAE 100% authentic?

Yes, at SARANGHAE we attach great importance to only offering 100% authentic products. We source our goods directly from the manufacturer brands or through legitimate and trustworthy dealers in Korea. This ensures that our customers always receive authentic and high-quality products directly from Korea when you shop at SARANGHAE. Your satisfaction and trust in the authenticity of our products is of the utmost importance to us.

Are all products on SARANGHAE cruelty-free?

Yes, at SARANGHAE you can trust that all of our products are cruelty-free. In South Korea, where our products are manufactured, a law came into force in 2016 requiring all cosmetic brands to stop testing on animals by 2018. It is important to us to adhere to these ethical standards. However, it should be noted that not all of our products are vegan, as some may contain animal ingredients. Is the packaging designed to be environmentally friendly?

We invest a lot of effort to make our packaging as sustainable as possible!

  • Our cardboard shipping boxes are 100% recyclable.

I can't find my favorite KBeauty product/brand on SARANGHAE - what can I do?

We are always open to product recommendations and inquiries, so feel free to send us an email to hello@saranghae.ch !

However, these brands may currently work very selectively or not at all with European stores.

If this is the case, we will of course add these brands and their products to our range as soon as the brands change their policies and want to work with European retailers.

The product I want is out of stock. What should I do?

We completely understand your disappointment and we will do everything we can to avoid such situations in the future. Please enter your email address under “Notify me when available again” on the product page. We will then automatically inform you by email as soon as the product is available again!

Can I change/cancel my order after it has been placed?

If you would like to change or cancel your order after you have placed it, please contact us as soon as possible at hello@saranghae.ch . We do everything we can to take your wishes into account and adapt the order accordingly. However, if the order has already been shipped, unfortunately we can no longer change or cancel it.

Will I receive samples with my order?

Of course you will receive samples with your order! You have the opportunity to select the samples you want directly in your shopping cart before checking out. As a small gift from us, you will receive a free surprise gift with every order of CHF 130 or more.

If you don't want samples, that's no problem! Simply select no samples and none will be added to your order.

I'm ordering a gift and don't want prices to be displayed. How should I proceed?

No problem! We only send invoices by email and no prices are listed in our packages.

Is SARANGHAE open all year round?

Yes, our website saranghae.ch is operational all year round. However, please note that there are people working behind the online scenes.

Our customer service is available Monday to Friday (9 a.m. to 4 p.m.), excluding public holidays.

Where do we ship from?

All products are stored in our warehouse in Lucerne, Switzerland and we ship directly from there.

We only ship within Switzerland and Liechtenstein.

When does my order arrive?

Once shipped, Swiss Post usually delivers it within 2-3 business days for standard shipping and 1-2 business days for priority shipping. How can I track my package?

Do we offer free shipping?

IMPORTANT : If your package is returned to our warehouse in Lucerne by Swiss Post due to undeliverability (e.g. “recipient not found at specified address”), we will not cover the costs of re-shipping your order. To avoid such cases, please check your address and name carefully before completing your order. If you have recently moved and your address has changed, we strongly recommend that you notify your local post office and register your change of address for forwarding.

The tracking shows that my package was delivered, but it is not there. What happened?

We're sorry you're in this situation. First, we recommend that you ask your neighbors whether they may have accidentally received your package. If you don't have the package either, there is a possibility that it was stolen.

If you suspect that your package has been stolen, you can report it to your local police station and then contact your home insurance company with the receipt you received.

Unfortunately, SARANGHAE cannot accept responsibility for lost or stolen packages unless the loss occurred in transit. To avoid such incidents, we recommend choosing shipping against signature so that your package arrives safely.

Discount codes

How do I apply my discount code?

Simply enter your discount code in the “Gift Card” or “Discount Code” field during the ordering process and click “Apply”. The discount will then be deducted directly from the total amount of your shopping cart. Please note that only one discount code can be used per order and cannot be combined with other promotions or offers. However, discount codes can be combined with e-gift cards.

NOTE: We offer free shipping (standard shipping) for orders over 30CHF. However, if you use a discount code, your order value may change and shipping charges may apply depending on your shopping cart total after the discount is applied. In order to benefit from free shipping, the total value of your shopping cart including the discount code must be at least 30CHF.

I would like to buy a gift voucher for a friend. How is this delivered?

E-Gift Cards are sent to you or your friend electronically via email and are not physical items. We recommend that you enter your own email address so that when you receive the gift card, you can either forward it to your friend with a personal message or print it out. Don't see the gift card in your inbox? Please check your spam folder.

I received an e-gift card. How do I use these?

Simply enter the voucher code in the “Voucher” or “Discount Code” field during checkout and click “Apply”. The amount of the gift voucher will then be automatically deducted from the total amount of your shopping cart. Do you have multiple gift cards? Fantastic - you can enter multiple codes one after the other. Bonus: You can also combine gift cards with a discount code.

I'm ordering a gift and don't want prices to be displayed. What can I do?

No worries! Invoices are sent via email only and prices are not displayed in the packages we send.

Returns

Can I return a product? Can I cancel or exchange a product?

Product returns, cancellations and exchanges are possible with us. We accept returns for unused and unopened items within 14 days. We will only refund the value of the goods - original shipping costs and return costs will not be refunded. The refund will be made once the item has been received and checked to ensure that it is in perfect condition.

If you notice an error immediately after placing an order or would like to cancel an item, contact us immediately by email ( hello@saranghae.ch ) to make possible adjustments as long as the order has not yet been shipped. Products that have already been shipped but unopened can be exchanged, although the costs for return and re-shipment must be borne by you.

I received a damaged or incorrect item, what should I do?

Oh no, we're really sorry to hear that! If you received an item from us that was damaged in transit, has a defect, or does not match the product description on our website, we will be happy to offer to resend the product free of charge or refund you the amount you paid for that product . Please send us an email to returns@saranghae.ch with a photo of the damaged or incorrect item. We will then take care of it immediately and support you!
