The No.4 Hydrating Glow Mineral Toner from numbuzin prepares the skin for the next skin care or make-up treatment. It contains 89% thermal water and 5 layers of hyaluronic acid that provide the skin with intensive moisture. PHA provides gentle exfoliation for sensitive skin, while niacinamide brightens the complexion and ensures a more radiant complexion.

Application

  1. Apply the toner 1-2 times.
  2. Apply with hands or gently with cotton pads before applying makeup.
  3. Alternatively, apply the toner to cotton pads and place them on the areas to be hydrated for 1 minute.
